Larry Maistelman

As a health and welfare sales consultant, Larry Maistelman works directly with health insurance brokers, consultants, and employers throughout New York, New England, and the Southeast to develop benefits programs that serve their unique needs. With specific expertise in health savings accounts, and extensive experience in health benefits, Larry leverages his expertise to help brokers and their clients develop benefits programs that meet their unique needs.
Larry has 30 years of financial industry experience and has specialized in health benefits for nearly 15 years. Before joining Alerus, he worked for four years as a regional sales manager for Benefit Resource Inc. He previously served as a regional vice president serving the New York and New England region for HSA Bank. He holds a Health Savings Account Specialist designation and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In his free time, Larry loves to play pickleball and is a diehard University of Wisconsin Badgers sports fan. He and his wife Amanda live in Oakdale, New York. He has two daughters.
