Sam Flaagan joined Alerus in February 2019. As a senior retirement specialist, he is responsible for maintaining and strengthening current business relationships by providing retirement plan service that exceeds expectations. Sam assists employers in managing their retirement plans and works closely with plan advisors and third-party administrators to help them support plan sponsors’ retirement plans.
Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in investments and economics from the University of North Dakota. A native of Grand Forks, North Dakota, he currently resides in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
